The mens and womens work houses located in Plymouth MN are a part of the Hennepin County Corrections system. In a sustainability push in 2006, they installed a Qlean Tech ECA systems that produced all of the cleaners needed for their high temp conveyor dish washer and floor cleaning machines, along with all of the sanitizers they wouuld use in both facilities. They wanted to move away from toxic chemical concentrates that had been used in the past by inmates to harm themselves or others, and reduce the risk of disease transmission which is always a challenge in correctional facilities with thier population densities and hard surfaces everywhere.
